1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website santehnikisadazi.lv (hereinafter – the "website") and the request form available on it. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website and do not submit a request.

2. Nature of the Service – Requests Are Passed On to Partners

The website operates as an intermediary between customers and plumbing service providers. We do not always carry out the plumbing work ourselves – the main purpose of the website is to collect your request and pass it on to a suitable service provider.

By submitting a request, you expressly agree that:

  • Your request may be passed on to third parties – independent plumbers, plumbing companies, and other partners operating in Ādaži and the surrounding area;
  • The information passed on includes the name, phone number, address, district, and problem description you provided in the form, to the extent necessary to deliver the service;
  • You may be contacted by a partner rather than by the website operator, and the call or message may come from a phone number unknown to you;
  • A single request may be passed on to more than one partner where this is necessary to ensure a faster response;
  • We may receive a fee from the partner for passing on the request. This fee does not affect the price of the service offered to you, which you agree directly with the partner.

If you do not want your request to be passed on, please do not submit the request form.

3. Contractual Relationship with the Service Provider

Submitting a request on the website does not constitute a contract for the performance of work and is not a binding order.

A contract for carrying out specific plumbing work is concluded directly between you and the service provider who contacts you. The scope of work, timing, price, warranty, and payment terms are agreed directly with that service provider.

The website operator is not a party to that relationship and accepts no liability for the service provider's quality of work, deadlines, prices, or any losses arising in the course of the work.

4. Information Published on the Website

Prices, call-out times, and service descriptions shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute a public offer. The final price is determined after the problem has been inspected and agreed with the service provider.

We aim to keep the information published on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or uninterrupted availability.

5. User Obligations

When using the website, you undertake to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in the request form;
  • Not submit requests on behalf of another person without their consent;
  • Not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
